“Nativity” hits the shelves!
The big day’s finally arrived – “Nativity” is out! It’s now available for purchase from our website – check our our new Recordings page for details – at a bargain price of £10 including P&P. It’s also available from Amazon, Prestoclassical, and major high street stores.
From traditional English carols, to spirituals from the Caribbean, this recording showcases the very best of Christmas choral music. Recorded in the wonderful acoustic of St Augustine’s Church, Penarth, it’s a perfect stocking filler for any music lover!
There’s a ‘Made in Wales’ feel to this CD, too: several works by Welsh composers feature on the disc, including some lovely arrangements by our very own Music Director, Huw Williams. There’s also a beautiful arrangement of Suo-Gân by our former MD, Robert Court (our accompanist on this recording) which we performed to a rapturous reception on BBC Radio 3’s In Tune programme earlier this year.
Have a listen to a few sample tracks to whet your appetite!
